How do I know my purchase is secure?

Your Advisor protects you by never accepting cash or travel payments to PayPal or other personal accounts. Your payments always go directly to the travel supplier (hotel, cruise line, airline, etc.) or InteleTravel.

What destinations can I travel to by booking through an Advisor?

Advisors have built vacations for travelers heading around the world, from North America and the Caribbean to South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and the South Pacific.

Not only that, our advisors know the ins-and-outs of different travel types: cruises, land tours, luxury stays, all-inclusives, and more.

What travel insurance options do you offer?

Worldmedia Travel Group works with all major insurance providers including Allianz Global Partners, a preferred partner, to provide excellent insurance policies and rates for our customers. These policies cover trip cancellation, baggage insurance, travel delays, reimbursements of miles or reward points, and trip interruption or emergency evacuation. The policies vary by location, so be sure to ask your Advisor about the specifics of your trip.

What if I have to cancel my trip?

No one likes a significant change of plans, but they're common in travel. That's why we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip you book. Policies cover cancellations and will even reimburse mules or reward points if you booked with them. Be sure to ask your Advisor about insurance, so they can suggest the right coverage for you.

Can I book travel for a group through Worldmedia Travel Group?

Yes, you can. In fact, we encourage it. The hassle of finding flights, lodging, and activities that work for your entire party is made easy by working with a Worldmedia Travel Group advisor, experts in delivering group travel packages. Our advisors are experienced in building a wide range of group vacations, from corporate getaways to bachelor and bachelorette parties, weddings, family reunions, and more.

How much does it cost to work with an Worldmedia Travel Group Advisor?

Nothing! There is no fee for booking travel through a Worldmedia Travel Group Advisor. Instead, they earn commissions directly from the vendor.

What is a Research & Planning Fee?

To facilitate the execution of professional services required for curating and organizing your travel experience, a non-refundable research and planning fee of $75.00 for up to two travelers is mandatory. A $25.00 fee for each additional traveler is also required. This fee is independent of and does not contribute to the overall cost of the trip.

Travel planning is a time-intensive process that draws upon our years of personal experience and professional expertise. We meticulously research cruises, hotels, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs, engage with suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft detailed itineraries, and more. Our aim is to provide you with itineraries, travel plans, and customized travel arrangements that offer peace of mind and save you valuable time. Once Worldmedia Travel Group has crafted your itinerary, you are free to explore and compare it on the internet or any platform of your choice.

Should you decide not to book through us for any reason (whether you choose not to proceed, book elsewhere, or are in the initial exploration phase), the fee will be retained as compensation for the services rendered. The research and planning fee is valid for 7 calendar days, including the option for one destination change. Failure to proceed within this timeframe will be considered a cancellation of the request. If you decide to resume the planning process thereafter, a new planning and research fee will be applicable.

Based on the information provided in the inquiry form and consultation call, we will diligently research suppliers in the identified destinations, soliciting quotes for accommodations, flights, ground transportation, insurance, activities, and excursions to align with the budget specified. If the quotes fall outside the budget, we will promptly communicate this information to you, offering potential solutions such as adjusting the budget, eliminating certain inclusions, or exploring alternative destinations or dates. The proposed itinerary in the proposal serves for informational purposes only. To confirm pricing and secure the itinerary, your approval of the proposal and adherence to supplier timelines, terms, and conditions for deposit and final payments are essential.

PLANNING

Upon approval of the proposed itinerary, Worldmedia Travel Group will finalize travel arrangements with vendors. To confirm these arrangements, you are required to provide your credit card information through our secure client portal. This payment information will be shared with the vendor to secure the travel itinerary.

Additionally, Worldmedia Travel Group will:

Communicate any travel changes via email or text, according to your preference.
Send a courtesy reminder 24 hours before departure, along with travel documents.
